Ophthalmic Technician

We are looking for Ophthalmic Technicians with the main focus of GREAT PATIENT CARE! If you are a highly motivated, team player—please apply!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Room and collect patient assessment data Input collected data via EMR
Administer medications and performs other patient care procedures as directed and according to established criteria
Assist physicians during treatment, testing, examinations, and Lasik surgery
Perform refractometry, A scans (immersion and IOL Master), topography, OCT, visual fields and applanation
Maintains timely flow of patients
Provides patient and family education
Documents patient care and related information
Performs telephone triaging of patients
Provide Excellent Patient Care
May be required to work alternate shifts and weekends

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Minimum of one year experience
Bilingual a plus

Front Desk Receptionist

We now have an opening for a full–time Receptionist! This individual would embody the ability to manage the flow a fast paced office, have experience in ophthalmology, and have some experience in EMR.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1yr experience (ophthalmology a plus)
Bilingual a plus
